   with  "pzdsahtr.exe",  and finally  start  the  game.  During  gameplay
   toggle trainer options by pressing the following key combinations:
      Enable    Disable   Option
      F1                  Infinite Viewer Rating/Time
      F2                  Infinite Ammo
      F3                  Infinite Missiontime
      F5                  All Cars Easy Kill ON
      F6                  All Cars Easy Kill OFF
      F12                 Back to Normal
