Aniimo

Aniimo is developed and published by Pawprint Studio, a new publishing label established by FunPlus. It released on September 16, 2026, for Windows, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S, with mobile versions following on September 23, 2026. Players become a Pathfinder exploring the vast continent of Idyll, catching and bonding with magical creatures called Aniimo through a unique Twining mechanic.

Sobre el juego

Aniimo builds its open-world RPG loop around Twining, a mechanic that lets players merge directly with captured creatures rather than simply commanding them from a distance. Since each Aniimo grants different abilities once Twined, players can unlock new traversal options and combat skills as their collection grows. Consequently, exploration and creature collecting feed directly into each other, since reaching certain areas often requires a specific Twined ability first.

Beyond solo exploration, Idyll functions as a genuinely social space. Each Pathfinder owns a personal RV parked at a campsite, where players can meet and interact with others exploring the same world. Furthermore, a sky-floating metropolis serves as a central hub for meeting fellow Pathfinders and competing in organized battles. Since the game operates as a free-to-play, always-online experience, progression relies on farming in-game currencies like Sparkling Aniipods, though players have reported reaching high levels without feeling pressured to spend money.
