Cargo Simulator

Cargo Simulator

Sincapp Games developed and self-published Cargo Simulator (also titled Cargo Simulator 25). It entered Steam Early Access on September 30, 2025, exclusively on PC via Steam. Built on Unity, the game puts you in charge of a growing logistics business from the warehouse floor up. Furthermore, you pack boxes, make deliveries, hire staff, and partner with real brands to expand your fleet and network over time.

About the Game

Cargo Simulator is a first-person casual logistics sim focused on the full delivery chain. It starts at the warehouse level — sorting, packing, and labelling goods into the right boxes. From there, you load vehicles and drive deliveries to the correct addresses safely and on time. Furthermore, the business grows as you bring in staff, train them, and sign deals with brand partners. As a result, the game covers everything from a single-person packing operation to a multi-vehicle logistics network.

Warehouse Management

The warehouse is the heart of the operation. You fit products into correctly sized boxes, label them, and organise shelves so that urgent orders are always within reach. Priority items go on lower-numbered shelves to ensure they are picked up first. Furthermore, smart shelf organisation directly affects how fast your team processes orders. Consequently, even the layout of your warehouse becomes a meaningful logistical decision as order volume grows.

Deliveries and Fleet Growth

Once packages are ready, you load them onto vehicles and drive routes across the city. Speed and accuracy both matter — late or damaged deliveries hurt your reputation. Furthermore, as revenue grows, you can purchase new vehicles with greater cargo capacity. Partnering with brands unlocks new delivery contracts and expands the range of goods your warehouse handles. Therefore, fleet growth and brand deals are the two main levers for scaling the business beyond its early single-vehicle stage.

Características principales

Operations and Business Growth

  • Full Warehouse Packing and Sorting Loop: Every order begins in the warehouse. Products must be fitted into boxes of the correct size before anything else can happen. Furthermore, shelf organisation and priority placement shape how fast your team picks and processes each order. The packing loop is the core daily rhythm of the game, and it grows more complex as order volume and product variety increase. As a result, running a tidy, well-organised warehouse is just as important as having fast vehicles on the road.
  • Staff Hiring and Training: As order volume grows, solo operation becomes unsustainable. You hire staff, assign them roles, and train them to work faster and make fewer mistakes. Furthermore, a well-trained team processes orders at a pace no solo player could match. Staff management becomes its own layer of business strategy as the warehouse scales up. Consequently, investing in people is just as important as investing in vehicles or warehouse space.

Expansion and Brand Partnerships

  • Brand Partnerships and Contract Expansion: Signing deals with brands unlocks new delivery contracts and a wider product range for your warehouse. Each partnership brings more order volume and higher revenue potential. Furthermore, brand reputation ties directly to on-time delivery performance — consistent late deliveries close doors rather than open them. Therefore, maintaining delivery quality is not just a gameplay challenge but a direct driver of long-term business growth within the sim.
  • Vehicle Fleet Management: Your starting vehicle handles small loads at slow speeds. New purchases expand cargo capacity and cut delivery times across longer routes. Furthermore, matching the right vehicle to the right contract saves time and reduces wasted trips. Managing the fleet — what you own, what you buy next, and which vehicle takes which route — becomes a core part of running an efficient operation. As a result, fleet decisions carry real weight as the business moves from local deliveries to a city-wide logistics network.
