Command & Conquer Remastered Collection

Command & Conquer Remastered Collection is developed by Petroglyph Games, with Lemon Sky Studios assisting, and published by Electronic Arts. It released on June 5, 2020, for Windows. The collection brings the original Command & Conquer and Red Alert back in 4K, rebuilt by former Westwood Studios team members who defined the real-time strategy genre 25 years earlier.

At its core, the collection preserves the original campaigns and skirmish mechanics of both Tiberian Dawn and Red Alert exactly as veteran players remember them, while wrapping everything in fully remastered 4K visuals. A single keypress swaps between the new high-resolution art and the original sprite-based look, letting players compare the upgrade or lean into nostalgia at will. All three expansion packs ship included Covert Ops, Counterstrike, and The Aftermath.

Beyond visuals, the collection rebuilds multiplayer from the ground up with modernized matchmaking, custom lobbies, replays, and an observer mode, plus a full map editor for anyone who wants to build their own missions. Frank Klepacki, the original composer, re-recorded over seven hours of music live with the Tiberian Sons, and a bonus gallery adds hours of unreleased footage and behind-the-scenes material for long-time fans of the series.
