CURE – A Hospital Simulator

CURE – A Hospital Simulator is developed and published by Sentinel Games. It entered Steam Early Access on November 20, 2025, for Windows. Set during the early hours of a zombie outbreak, players run the night shift of a chaotic emergency room, treating the living while defending the hospital from the undead.

CURE blends first-person action with hospital management, giving players a shift structure built around ordering supplies, budgeting, and triaging incoming patients. Each patient arrives with a condition that must be diagnosed using interactive tools before the correct medicine or treatment gets applied. As the outbreak worsens outside, symptoms grow stranger, forcing players to think on their feet rather than follow a routine.

Beyond the ER floor, players expand and customize their hospital using earned income, unlocking new diagnostic equipment, beds, and decor across 20 levels of upgrades. Combat enters the mix once the undead start pushing in, with melee and ranged weapons available to fend off attacks mid-shift. A built-in Twitch integration lets streamers turn their chat into patient NPCs, with alerts for subs, follows, and bits appearing directly on in-game monitors.
