Ubisoft culpa a AMD de los problemas de Assassin's Creed: Unity en PC

It is no longer a secret that Assassin’s Creed: Unity is one of the buggiest games of the generation. Ubisoft has already acknowledged the problem and started a live blog tracking the fixing progress, but now it is blaming AMD for the shortcomings of the PC version.

“We are aware that the graphics performance of Assassin’s Creed Unity on PC may be adversely affected by certain AMD CPU and GPU configurations,” reads a on Ubisoft official forums. “This should not affect the vast majority of PC players, but rest assured that AMD and Ubisoft are continuing to work together closely to resolve the issue, and will provide more information as soon as it is available.”

Ubisoft’s statement is a little hard to swallow. For one, Assassin’s Creed: Unity’s frame rate is not smooth on NVidia’s cards short of GTX 970 or 980. That, and we’ve yet to see a player who played the game for a couple of hours without noticing graphics and animation glitches and performance hiccups.
