Extreme difficulty:

Successfully complete the game under the hard difficulty setting, then start another game.
Movie viewer:

Successfully complete the game under the hard and extreme difficulty settings to view two new endings.
Bonus Battle Selector:

Beat the game in Extreme mode and collect all weapons.
