There are a total of 15 Rock artifacts in the Museum to find, when you have found them ALL you will uncover the ‘Terror on the Tracks’ ghost story and be awarded the trophy. 
Easy ‘The Heirloom’ Trophy:

Search the Cemetery to find ALL 13 Old Heirloom artifacts to uncover the Heirloom Ghost story and be awarded the trophy. 
Easy ‘Mindreader’ Trophy:

This trophy is story releated and is awarded early in the game during the ‘Find The Killer’s Trail’ investigation by possessing the cop taking the statement and selecting ‘Mindread’ for the first time. 
Easy ‘The Heirloom’ Achievement:
