Successfully complete the game on the Easy difficulty setting. Then, pause the game and press Left2, Right2, Circle, Square, Square, Circle, Up, Down.
Secret Chainsaw weapon:

Pause the game and press Up, Down, Up, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, Circle, Square, Circle, Square.
Secret King Sword weapon:

Pause the game and press Up, Down, Up, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, Circle, Square, Circle, Square.
Secret Swordfish weapon:

Successfully complete the game on the Hard difficulty setting. Then, pause the game and press Up2, Down2, Left, Right, Left, Right, Circle, Square, Circle, Square.
Secret Telephone weapon:

Successfully complete the game on the Normal difficulty setting. Then, pause the game and press Right, Left, Right, Left, Down2, Up2, Circle, Square, Circle2, Square2.
Voice credits:

Play through the game until getting to the large courtyard just immediately before the first chariot sequence, during your second Dark Prince transformation. Look in the corner of the courtyard to find a hole in the ceiling which enemies appear from until you leave the area. Stab and hang from the panel near that hole to open the exit. Climb the pole nearest to the hole in the ceiling to hear a monotone female voice announce the game's voice credits.
Boss hint:

When you have to kill that lady boss who jumps from side to side, save a weapon called the Obliest in the scene before. You dont need to slow down time or go near her because the sword is like a boomerang, it comes back. Just keep throwing it at her.
