If you're tempted to replace your Nintendo DSi for one of the newly released colors, be warned that you won't be able to transfer your DSiWare games.

Nintendo has confirmed that DSiWare titles are tied to the DSi that downloads them and that the only exception to this rule is that Nintendo can transfer them from a bricked DSi to its replacement, but you'll have to hand them out both the old and new systems simultaneously.
