The United States government is now recognizing League of Legends as professional athletes.

” The US Governement recognises the #LCS (League of Legends Championship Series – Ed.) as a Sport on par with NBA,NFL,NHL so pro’s get visas now,” tweeted LCS commentator Leigh “Deman” Smith.

Accordingly, it is now much easier for international LCS players to get American Visas for the duration of the competition.
