This trainer uses a desktop panel instead of hotkeys, and each option has its own switch.

Speed & Pirate Camp Options

Carrier speed: Scales carrier speed from x1 to x10, so transport timing and movement match.
Ship speed: Speeds up ships from x1 to x10, and NPC ships also move faster.
Construction speed: Sets build speed from x1 to x20 once materials and workers are available.
Pirate-camp range: Multiplies camp range from x1 to x500, including existing camps.
Pirate-camp housing: Multiplies camp housing from x1 to x100, but food and other needs still apply.
Longer suspension bridges: Raises bridge span from x1 to x10, though terrain and material rules still apply.

Logistics & Map Options

Expanded warehouses: Offers 6 or 9 goods, giving 30 or 45 storage slots.
More transport routes: Raises five global route limits to at least 999, so you can assign extra routes.
Allow overlapping pirate camps: Builds camps within another camp’s range, although other placement rules still apply.
Nearest coastal attack point: Assigns the nearest valid coastal attack point to each camp.
Keep regions revealed: Keeps discovered Caribbean regions visible, while unexplored regions stay hidden.

Dice Encounter Protection

Protect life / hull: Stops your hull stat from dropping during supported Caribbean dice encounters.
Protect crew: Protects your crew independently in those encounters.
Protect supplies: Prevents supported encounter supply losses and costs, also independently.

Setup Notes for the Single EXE

Setup takes a few minutes, but the order below keeps it clean.

Supported version: trainer 1.2.4 for Steam build 25506897 (updated October 20, 2026).
Extract the ZIP, then close the game and any running trainer before setup.
Run CoveQoLTrainer.exe, so it detects Steam or lets you select the game folder.
Windows may request administrator permission when the game folder needs it.
Start the game normally, enable your options, set the multipliers, and click Apply.
Allow a few seconds before the mod picks up changes.
Reset all disables every option, and settings stay active after you close the panel.
Before reducing expanded warehouse capacity, use the in-game “Control resources in warehouse” screen to release extra allocations.
Protection switches cover the Caribbean dice encounters only, so direct sea combat gets no general immunity.
The executable has no signature, so report any detection if your security software blocks it.
