These 3 options cover damage, ammo, and stress. Together, they remove the main pressure points in combat.
Trainer Options

F1 (No Damage): Blocks incoming damage, so enemy fire cannot hurt you.
F2 (No Reload): Removes reload pauses, so you can keep firing.
F3 (No Stress): Stops the Stress meter from rising, because pressure no longer builds.
