DaRk_StReeT_RaCer savefiles (called "AMD")

Hi! Welcome Speed Freaks! Here is my save files for NEED FOR SPEED UNDERGROUND where the burning tyres scream its way to the finishing line... 
ALL magazines have been unlocked with a lot of help from JeffR, and all visual upgrades and performance upgrades have been unlocked also. Please note ALL visual upgrades include most Samantha's unique vinyls (some vinyls look so ugly so I can't be bothered unlocking them) and 2 Samantha's Unique widebody kits. If u want to have all samantha's vinyls then use JeffR's "NFSU" savestate instead. Please see below of this README for installing this savestate. My savefile is based from JeffR save file. I played this game without cheats and at the end, redo some races to get different magazines compared to JeffR's saves. Personally my save file has better hot looking chicks then JeffR's save!(Just kidding :p)

Author's note: You do not need to copy Profile.usr because it WILL overwrite your previous profiles. Also I have included JeffR's saves because his savestate has different magazine covers and better stuff. Simply load the game and type "AMD" when creating a new profile. Then go to the options screen and click on the load option and click my savefile and there you go! Enjoy!  :p

JeffR's Savefiles (called "NFSU")

All saves include the following:

All 2 Samantha's wide body kits.
All 3 Samantha's unique hoods.
All 3 Samantha's unique spoilers (see note).
All 5 Samantha's unique wheels.
All 10 Samantha's unique vinyls.
All cars.
All decals and vinyls.
All magazines.

The saves include popular (and legal) combos of TJ's parts. The save names are self explanatory. All saves are just before the last race of underground mode, so underground mode can still be entered to customize or trade cars.

Note, only 2 of Samantha's spoilers appear at at time, but all 3 are available. Do a trade-in to access the 3rd unique spoiler. The RX7 shows DuoTek and Katana. The GTI shows DualGT and DuoTek. Trade in the RX7 for the GTI and back to end up with the DualGT, this is one of the saves.

Install directions

For windows XP, download and extract these files to:

documents and settingsall usersapplication data
eed for speed underground

For Windows 98/ME, leave out the all users. Note that application data is a hidden folder, so you may need to change folder options to view hidden files. On Windows XP, open "my computer", click on tools, then folder options, then the view tab to change this.

After the files are extracted, run NFSU as normal, select your existing profile to get all your configuration settings, like display and controller options. Then backspace to log out of the game (click ok on the dialog prompt). Create a new profile named NFSU. Then go to options, load, and select one of the savegames.

As an alternative, you can rename the savegamss to match your own profile name.
