Since Lunar Coins drop at roughly 0.5% per kill and carry over between runs, accumulating enough of them normally requires dozens of full runs. Extra 10 Items on Pickup: Grants 10 extra copies of each item you collect. The multiplied stack counts hit all scaling items simultaneously, accelerating passive effects like Soldier’s Syringe attack speed stacks and Lens-Maker’s Glasses critical hit chances far beyond what a standard run ever reaches.
