    NOTE: After using any of these cheats ingame, press the SHIFT key. 
    Also, leave a one second delay between the activation of each of 
    these cheats. (i.e. Do not activate everything at once)
    
    To use this trainer, run the trainer's .EXE file. Then, run the game. 
    Press any of the keys listed above ingame and the cheat will be 
    activated. Enjoy!
