    The money editor will work on FIRST TIME saved games ONLY. FIRST TIME 
means games that have been saved after starting as a new manager and saving 
the game BEFORE doing anything else (hiring staffs, work on stadium grounds, 
transfers etc). So, you have to start a new game and save it.
However, the Players Stats Editor and Manager's Ratings Editor can be used as many times as U like
regardless whether it is a saved game or not.
