2 Millionen GTA IV Xbox 360-Errungenschaften in 24 Stunden freigeschaltet

The official sales numbers have not been revealed yet, but we've finally got the first hard number relating to the number of people playing GTA IV.

On his latest podcast, Xbox 360's Major Nelson revealed that the first 24 hours after GTA IV launch witnessed two million GTA IV achievements unlocked on Xbox LIVE.

That amounts to 15 million Gamerpoints.

Bear in mind that those are Xbox 360 numbers only. Microsoft announced earlier that the Xbox 360 version of GTA IV outsold the Playstation 3 version two to one, so the number of first day Playstation 3 GTA IV unlocked achievements is expected to be around another one million.
