At the arcade mode character select screen, hold down & left, then press B & Start.

Start with 9 Continues:

At the arcade mode character select screen, hold downleft, next press and hold AC, then release all four buttons and select a character.
Cheat Codes
From the main menu, go into "Options" and select "Cheats". Enter the following:
Feral attacks in early levels – FeralAttack.

Refillshealth – ImJackCarver

Unlimited ammo – UnleashHell

Unlimited feral attacks – Bloodlust

Unlocks all maps – GiveMeTheMaps
