Project: Mist centers on a physics-driven Gravity Gun that lets players grab, throw, and manipulate objects and enemies alike, turning debris and the environment into combat tools. Rather than a fixed base, players build and expand a moving train, upgrading its layout and defenses as they push deeper into increasingly hostile territory. Giant creatures and unique bosses test planning and adaptation, since learning attack patterns and exploiting weaknesses matters more than brute force.

Survival systems run alongside the action players craft weapons and tools, farm and hunt for food, and experiment with catching strange creatures to cook up unusual bonuses. The campaign can be played solo or in co-op, with players coordinating roles and sharing resources as they explore the island’s abandoned facilities and uncover what caused its current state.
