Roman Triumph: Survival City Builder
Roman Triumph: Survival City Builder comes from developer Coreffect Interactive and publisher Forklift Interactive. The game entered Early Access on April 3, 2025, and the full 1.0 version released on September 16, 2025 for PC. Players lead a fledgling Roman city on the farthest edge of the empire. Their goal is to please the gods and survive barbarians and mythological threats.
À propos du jeu
Roman Triumph blends city building with colony sim survival in the age of Rome. First, players build a settlement from the ground up in a randomly generated world. Then they must keep citizens fed, safe, healthy, and happy, because unhappy people flee or starve. Meanwhile, walls, ballistae, and archer towers protect the city from barbarian hordes. As a result, every district layout trades growth against safety.
Roman life revolves around the gods, so religion shapes the whole city. Additionally, angry gods can send curses such as storms or disease. Players also raise an army of legionaries, including archers and soldiers armed with pila and gladii. Besides barbarians, mythical beasts such as the Hydra, Minotaur, and Cerberus attack the settlement.
Caractéristiques principales
- Roman Buildings: Players research and unlock more than 80 unique Roman buildings. Therefore, the city grows from simple housing into a complex settlement.
- Favor of the Gods: Temples and offerings keep the gods content. However, neglected gods bring storms and disease.
- Defenses and Legions: Ballistae, archers, and scorpios guard the walls. Additionally, trained legionnaires defend the city during attacks.
- Mythical Threats: The Hydra, Minotaur, and Cerberus attack alongside barbarian hordes. Furthermore, the 1.0 release added a desert biome with aqueducts and scarce wood.
