SiN Reloaded comes from developers Nightdive Studios and Ritual Entertainment and publishers Nightdive Studios and Atari. The game released on September 24, 2026 for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and Nintendo Switch 2. It also remasters the 1998 first-person shooter, and players fight the evil Doctor Elexis Sinclaire as Colonel John R. Blade.

SiN Reloaded is a story-driven shooter set in a near-future dystopia. First, Blade works as a security consultant who has made a religion out of fighting crime. Then Elexis, the CEO of SinTEK Industries, begins injecting the streets with a DNA-altering drug. As a result, Blade faces her unholy army of genetically engineered mutants. Meanwhile, every level pushes interactivity further than most shooters of its era.
First, players hack computer terminals with DOS-style code, and they can use elevators and security cameras to cause havoc. Additionally, they can zip around in a forklift, a patrol boat, and a helicopter. Because actions have consequences, branching paths appear as the game progresses. Furthermore, the Wages of SiN mission pack adds a mafia boss with a new army of mutants. Besides the campaign, the game supports online and split-screen PvP.

KEX Engine Remaster: First, both SiN and Wages of SiN run on Nightdive’s KEX Engine. As a result, they play smoothly on modern systems.
Remastered Visuals: Because HD textures and models support up to 4K resolution at 144 FPS, the remaster looks sharp. Furthermore, players can swap to the original SiN Gold visuals.
Modern Controls: Overhauled control schemes and a modernized UI suit current setups. Additionally, maps are improved throughout the game.
Disarming and Area Damage: Besides gunplay, players can knock weapons out of an opponent’s hands. Moreover, area-specific damage changes how each hit lands.
