Pas de baisse de prix pour la PS3 en Europe

According to Sony, North American PS3 $100 price cut has increased sales by a whopping 90%, but still, Sony won't cut European PS3 price.

Instead, European fans are offered a Starter Pack containing the console, a choice of two games and an extra Sixaxis controller for GBP 425 / EUR 599. The two bundled titles would be selected from the following first party list: Fall of Man, Motorstorm, Genji: Days of the Blade, Formula One Championship Edition and Ridge Racer 7. The extra controller along with the 2 games cost GBP 115.

We wouldn't comment on Sony's marketing strategies, but in the meanwhile you might want to check this .

The new Starter Pack will be available in UK on July 18 and in Europe August 1.
