Sony recommande de faire réparer votre PS4 si elle éjecte les disques de manière aléatoire

Sony has released an instructional video directing PlayStation 4 fans’ attention to a Blu-ray drive problem that might require turning the whole console in for repairs.

If your PlayStation 4 ejects discs randomly or beeps constantly as if it wants to eject a disc but can’t, Sony advises to hold down the power button until two beeps are heard then wait for 30 seconds and unplug the console for 3 minutes.

If the procedure above doesn’t fix the problem, your console must be serviced by Sony.
