   with  "pztrain.exe",  and finally  start  the  game.  During  gameplay 

   toggle trainer options by pressing the following key combinations:

      Y                   Infinite Health                                 

      U                   Infinite Ammo                                   

      B                   Resume All To Normal                            

                                                                          

   NOTE: The options have to be re-enabled after you've loaded
