Whoever is running the official Xbox twitter account needs to have another look in the dictionary at the word exclusive, or at least give the images it posts a once over before hitting the tweet button, as the account just posted an image featuring a bunch of game art, along with a message that suggests Microsoft has the best exclusives; despite many of the games shown not being Xbox exclusives at all.
"We aren't saying #XboxOne has the best exclusives, that's just what everyone else says #WhyIGame," read the tweet in question. Along with it, the Xbox representative posted an image of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, Sunset Overdrive, Assassin's Creed Unity, Halo, Forza Horizon 2 and Evolve. While Sunset Overdrive might be an Xbox exclusive along with the next Halo, CoD, Evolve and Assassin's Creed Unity are all coming to PC as well as the PS4.
Of course some of these games could have Xbox exclusive content, which could be another ball drop by the Xbox account handler since if that's true, it hasn't been officially announced as of yet. However the Assassin's Creed series, has traditionally given its exclusive content to Sony consoles, so it's an odd inclusion for Micorosft here.
The tweet has now been removed, but the image of the games is still the official header picture for the account.
What do you guys think this was? A blunder of comprehension, or did we get an early reveal here without realising?
