Wing commander armada trainer

This editor edits the Wing Commander Armada DATA.TRE file.
Usage:  Begin by choosing the weapon you wish to modify by pressing
        the corresponding number or letter.
        To edit the values:     1) Use the up/down arrow keys to choose
                                   item you wish to edit.
                                2) Enter new value by erasing previous
                                   with backspace and entering new value.
                                3) Press carriage to register value.
        After you finish editing the values, you may press F10 to save
        you edited values or F9 to restore to original Origin values.
        Pressing the escape key will exit without any modifications to
        the DATA.TRE file.
