Abyss sockets in Crimson Desert determine how much gear you can slot into your equipment, and the default socket count on most items limits your build depth significantly. The All Equipable Items Has 5 Socket mod extends every item that already has at least one socket up to a full 5 abyss sockets, giving you the maximum number of Abyss gear slots across your entire loadout. Furthermore, version 4 specifically addresses the crashes, save corruption, and infinite loading screens that earlier versions caused by modifying items with no existing sockets. Consequently, this version focuses on a safe, targeted expansion rather than a blanket change to every item in the game.
What’s Included

All equipable items that already have at least one socket are extended to 5 abyss sockets.
Items with no existing sockets are left untouched to prevent crashes and save corruption.
Fixes the infinite loading screen issue present in earlier versions of this mod.

Why You Need This Mod
Maxing out your Abyss gear slots normally requires farming specific item variants or relying on RNG drops that may never give you the socket count you need. This mod removes that dependency entirely for every item that supports sockets. Additionally, with 5 slots available across helmets, armor, and other gear simultaneously, you can stack Abyss bonuses far beyond what the base game allows and take on bosses and tougher enemies with a fully optimized build.
How to Get Started

Download the mod file and extract it to your PC.
Download and install CD JSON Mod Manager if you have not already.
Drag and drop the mod file into the CD JSON Mod Manager window.
Wait for it to load, then click Select All and click Apply in the top right.
Launch Crimson Desert. All eligible items now have 5 abyss sockets.
To uninstall, remove the mod inside CD JSON Mod Manager and click Apply.

Good to Know

Do not use this mod alongside any other mod that modifies items. Combining it with other item-modifying mods can cause crashes, save corruption, or infinite loading screens.
This mod only extends sockets on items that already have at least one. Items with no sockets by default remain unchanged — this is intentional and prevents the instability seen in earlier versions.
This mod is versioned for game patch 1.06.1.
