You can play this feature before completing ‘Normal’ mode by going to the ‘Main’ menu and pressing Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, X, Y, Back.
Easy ‘Flawless’ Achievement:

The easiest way of getting this Achievement where you have to complete an arena without getting hit to earn ‘Flawless’ is to play in the first few arenas where the enemies are weak and can be dodged easily.
