ARK: Survival Ascended

Studio Wildcard, Grove Street Games, and Instinct Games developed ARK: Survival Ascended. Studio Wildcard and Snail Games USA published the game. It launched in Early Access on October 25, 2023 for PC. PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S versions followed. The game is a full Unreal Engine 5 remake of ARK: Survival Evolved.

About the Game

You wake up stranded on a mysterious island full of dinosaurs and hostile wildlife. To survive, you gather resources, craft tools, and build shelter. Furthermore, the game supports tribe-based multiplayer and long-term base progression. These systems remain the heart of the experience.

Survival Ascended rebuilds the original ARK with Unreal Engine 5. Lighting, foliage, water, and creature detail all receive major upgrades. Additionally, the remake supports modding and cross-platform multiplayer. More maps and expansions continue to arrive as content updates.
