About the Game
Nivalis Nights lets players choose how each day goes, so everyone sets their own pace. First, a food stall or noodle stand opens for business. Then profits fund bigger ventures such as a bar, a restaurant, or a nightclub. Ingredients come from markets, but players can also farm them or fish for supplies. Meanwhile, realistic weather and a day-night cycle change the mood of the city.
Between shifts, players also explore on foot, by public transport, by taxi, or in a personal boat. Residents have their own stories, so conversations can lead to friends, regular customers, or romance. Additionally, players can decorate a home and challenge NPCs to minigames. However, curfew security systems add tension after dark, because players must avoid them while sabotaging rivals. Overall, the voxel art style carries over from Cloudpunk.
