The Mask in Crimson Desert is a wearable item that unlocks criminal activity and a handful of passive bonuses, but its default buff list barely scratches what the slot can actually provide. The QOL Mask mod loads the Mask with the maximum number of buffs the game can apply without triggering an infinite loading screen. Furthermore, every buff targets the parts of the game that eat the most time — loot rates, silver drops, EXP gain, trade prices, and resource gathering. Consequently, equipping the Mask turns routine activities into significantly more efficient sessions without touching combat or progression systems.

Why You Need This Mod
Grinding loot, EXP, and silver in Crimson Desert takes significant time even on efficient routes, and the Mask slot sits largely underused by default. This mod turns it into the single most impactful equip slot in the game for resource and economy efficiency. Additionally, all the buffs stack passively — you equip the Mask and everything you were already doing simply returns more.
How to Get Started

Download the mod file and extract it to your PC.
Download and install CD JSON Mod Manager if you have not already.
Drag the mod file into CD JSON Mod Manager, enable it, and click Apply.
Launch Crimson Desert and equip the Mask. All listed buffs activate immediately while it is worn.
To uninstall, disable the mod inside CD JSON Mod Manager and click Apply.

Good to Know

This mod modifies file 0036. Any other mod that also modifies this file will conflict and prevent one or both mods from working. If you need to run both, merge them using Crimson Mod Tool before applying.
The buff list represents the maximum the game can apply to the Mask without causing an infinite loading screen. Adding further buffs on top via other mods risks triggering that issue.
This mod is versioned for game patch 1.06.01. If a new patch releases and the mod stops working, wait for an updated version rather than troubleshooting, as file offsets can change with any patch update.
