Rare Cactuar variants love to flee before you finish them. The Cactuar Never Escapes mod pins them down, and it covers Gil Snapper variants too. It ships as one tiny 26KB file, so setup takes a minute. Consequently, these enemies stay and keep attacking you.
What It Changes

Cactuars NEVER ESCAPE: Holds the whole mod in one 26KB file, so a single copy finishes the install.
Cactuar Variants: Stops rare Cactuar variants from escaping, so you can finish the fight.
Gil Snapper Family: Applies the same rule to Gil Snapper variants, so they stay put too.
Constant Attacks: Keeps these enemies attacking you, so the fight continues.

Why Bother?
Rare enemies stop slipping away, so the reward you came for stays within reach. Still, the fight is yours to win, since the enemies keep attacking. It makes rare hunts easier, so use it with care.
Quick Setup

Download the mod and extract the archive to your PC.
Then copy the extracted files into SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\FINAL FANTASY RESONANCE\FFRS\Content\Paks\~mods, creating ~mods first if it is missing.
Finally, start the game and look for a rare Cactuar.
To uninstall, delete the files you copied into the ~mods folder.
