Cutscenes in Minecraft Dungeons II run at a lower frame rate than normal gameplay. The Uncapped Cutscenes mod removes the 24fps cap that locks them. The game drops to that rate while a cutscene plays, and animation moves in 24fps steps. As a result, cutscenes play smoothly at your normal frame rate.

Main file (v1.1): the whole mod, which adds the UncappedCutscenes folder.

Why You Need This Mod
The mod unlocks both limits, so cutscenes run and animate at the same frame rate as the rest of your game. Consequently, the game no longer slows down when a scene begins. Additionally, version 1.1 works with Blueprint Loader 2.1, which this version needs.
How to Get Started

Download the mod and extract the archive to your PC.
Next, install version 2.1 of the Blueprint Loader mod, which loads this mod.
Close the game, and fully close the Minecraft Launcher if you use it.
Open your Minecraft Dungeons II Paks folder. On Steam, right click the game, choose Manage > Browse local files, and open Dungeons\Content\Paks. In the Minecraft Launcher, open C:\XboxGames\Minecraft Dungeons II\Content\Dungeons\Content\Paks, or the same path inside your own install folder.
Create a folder called ~mods inside Paks if there is not one already.
Then move the UncappedCutscenes folder from the archive into ~mods, so the file ends up in Paks\~mods\UncappedCutscenes\UncappedCutscenes_P.pak.
To uninstall, delete the UncappedCutscenes folder from ~mods.
