Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord LifelongLearning Mod v1.0.1
December 5, 2025 - 12:19am
The LifelongLearning mod removes the hard skill cap in Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord. Normally, once you max out your focus limits, your learning rate drops to zero and progress stops completely. This mod fixes that frustration. It ensures your character always maintains a minimum learning rate. Now, you can continue to gain experience and improve your skills indefinitely, no matter how high your level gets.
Key Features
- Permanent Progress: Sets a minimum learning rate of 0.5x for all skills, so you never hit a “hard stop” on improvement.
- Universal Effect: The new learning rate applies to everyone—the player, companions, family members, and all NPCs.
- Seamless Integration: Uses the game’s native model override system, meaning it has zero external dependencies.
- Non-Intrusive: It does not alter normal learning rates; it only kicks in to prevent the rate from dropping below the new minimum.
Additional Details
- It works by overriding the default learning limit logic, making it a cleaner alternative to complex overhaul mods like “Career Experience.”
- Safe to add to existing saves, as it simply adjusts the calculation for future XP gain.
