Extract MaxItemStack.zip to your Silent Hill f root folder, where the Engine and SHf directories live.

To remove the mod, delete MaxItemStackBP_P.pak, MaxItemStackBP_P.ucas, and MaxItemStackBP_P.utoc from the ~mods folder in SHf/Content/Paks.
