Developed by NeoBards Entertainment and published by Konami, it stands out for its story, visuals, and the chilling feeling it creates. Additionally, well-known horror writer Ryukishi07 (from Higurashi When They Cry) leads the story. This time, you play as Hinako Shimizu who, for the first time in the series, is a Silent Hill lead shaping her own fate.
