Stealth and Combat Tools

Num 1 Stealth Mode Prevents the alien threat from detecting your presence.
Num 2 Instant Attack Cooldown Removes the cooldown delay on attack actions.
Num 3 Instant Scan Cooldown Removes the cooldown delay on scanning actions.
Num 4 Max Flashlight Brightness Sets your flashlight to its highest brightness level.
