Windrose is a PvE pirate survival game developed and published by Windrose Crew, with Pocketpair Publishing handling distribution in Japan, released in Early Access in 2026. You build a character, gather a crew, construct a ship, and explore an alternative Age of Piracy full of enemy pirates, hidden treasures, and challenging boss encounters. The game blends survival crafting, souls-lite combat, RPG progression, and naval warfare into a single loop that runs from your island base out to open sea battles and back. Solo play is fully supported, with optional co-op available for up to eight players.

Stamina powers everything in Windrose: sprinting, attacking, dodging, blocking, mining, and climbing all draw from the same bar. When it empties, your movement slows sharply and enemies close in within seconds. Your base’s Comfort level extends the duration of the Rested buff, which dramatically speeds up stamina regeneration and can last up to 30 minutes when Comfort is high. On top of that, a Bloodborne-inspired recovery mechanic rewards aggression: you can recover a portion of recently lost health by dealing damage quickly before taking another hit. XP and Attribute Points fund a talent tree that lets you respec freely, while ship durability forms its own separate health system during naval combat and boarding encounters.

The PLITCH trainer covers 34 confirmed cheats for Windrose across movement, gravity, flight, enemy AI, player survival, stamina, items, crafting, XP, ship combat, and world time settings.

Free Cheats for Windrose

Player Movement

  • Higher Jump Force: Increases how high your character jumps. This helps when navigating uneven island terrain, climbing to elevated loot locations, or reaching platforms inside ruins that require vertical clearance.
  • Faster Movement Speed: Raises your base movement speed across all terrain. Faster travel between your base, resource nodes, and enemy camps cuts down the time lost to walking between activities during long sessions.
  • Lower Jump Force: Reduces the height of your jumps. Use this as a self-imposed restriction on challenge runs where you want traversal to feel more grounded and deliberate.
  • Slower Movement Speed: Decreases your base movement speed. This works as a difficulty modifier that makes escaping enemy groups harder and turns stamina management into a more critical survival concern.

Gravity and Flight

  • Lower Gravity: Reduces gravity so movement feels floatier. This extends jump distance and arc, which helps with reaching high areas or crossing gaps that your normal jump height cannot clear.
  • Fly/Hover Mode: Lets you fly or hover freely above the ground. This is particularly useful for scouting islands, surveying enemy positions before engaging, or reaching elevated treasure locations without fighting through every enemy in the area.
  • Increase Fly/Hover Height: Raises your maximum altitude while in Fly/Hover Mode, giving you a wider view across the environment and more vertical clearance when flying over obstacles.
  • Decrease Fly/Hover Height: Lowers your altitude ceiling in Fly/Hover Mode, keeping flight closer to the ground if you want the mobility benefit without fully leaving the combat zone.
  • Higher Gravity: Increases gravity to make all movement feel heavier. Use this as a deliberate challenge modifier that makes dodging and jumping feel more constrained during exploration and combat.

Premium Cheats for Windrose

The premium cheats cover enemy AI speed and damage, player survival, stamina, items, crafting costs, XP, talents, ship combat, and full control over the day and night cycle.

Enemy AI Behavior

  • Slower AI Movement Speed: Reduces how fast enemy pirates and hostile NPCs move. Slower enemies give you more time to read attack patterns and practice the lock-on parry system before enemies close the distance and punish a mistimed dodge.
  • Faster AI Movement Speed: Makes all enemies move faster than normal. Use this to push yourself in familiar areas where standard enemy speed no longer provides a meaningful challenge.
  • More Damage to AI: Raises how much damage your attacks deal to enemies. Higher damage shortens every encounter, which reduces the stamina cost of prolonged fights against groups of pirates or dungeon bosses.
  • Less Damage to AI: Lowers your damage output against enemies. This extends fights and forces you to play defensively for longer, which is useful for practicing the Bloodborne-style recovery mechanic under sustained pressure.
  • Easy Kill: Greatly reduces the health or effort required to eliminate enemies. Use this when you want to push through exploration zones without committing full stamina and time to every enemy encounter along the route.
  • Slower close AI Ships: Reduces the movement speed of nearby enemy vessels during naval combat. Slower ships give you more time to position your cannons, set up boarding runs, or maneuver out of incoming fire arcs.
  • Faster close AI Ships: Increases the speed of nearby enemy ships. Use this when you want sea battles to feel more aggressive and leave less room for deliberate repositioning between salvos.

Player Survival

  • Unlimited Jumps: Removes the cap on how many times you can jump mid-air. This adds vertical mobility that helps you avoid ground-level attacks, extend aerial maneuvers, and reach higher platforms during exploration.
  • Unlimited Health: Prevents your health from depleting under any attack. This keeps you in the fight even when the Bloodborne recovery window closes and you cannot regenerate lost health before the next enemy strike lands.
  • Unlimited Stamina: Stops your stamina bar from draining during combat, sprinting, and mining. Since depleted stamina slows your movement dramatically and removes your ability to dodge, maintaining it at full means enemies never get the opening that an empty stamina bar creates.
  • Less Damage to Player: Reduces how much damage you take from enemy attacks. This is a useful middle setting between normal difficulty and full invulnerability, keeping fights dangerous without the risk of a single heavy hit ending a run.
  • More Damage to Player: Increases the damage you take from enemies. Use this on familiar content where standard enemy damage no longer demands careful stamina and parry management.
  • Godmode: Makes your character completely invulnerable to all damage. This removes all survival pressure so you can focus on exploring dungeons, completing quests, or learning boss attack patterns without health threatening your progress.

Items and Crafting

  • Set Item Amount (hovered in inventory): Hover over an item in your inventory first, then activate this cheat to set its stack count. This works for any stackable resource and lets you top up materials needed for ship repairs, building upgrades, and base construction without running supply runs.
  • Free Item Use (Build & Craft): Lets you build structures and craft items without consuming their required materials. Since early-game crafting bottlenecks regularly slow base construction and ship upgrades, this cheat keeps your building momentum going regardless of your current resource stockpile.

Experience and Progression

  • Add XP: Adds experience points directly to your progression total. XP levels up your character and unlocks access to higher talent tiers, so accelerating it lets you invest in combat, survival, or crafting talents earlier than normal exploration pace allows.
  • Add Attribute / Talent Points: Deposits Attribute and Talent Points for spending in the talent tree. Since Windrose lets you respec freely, having extra points on hand means you can experiment with different build directions without waiting for your next level-up to fund a new talent path.

Player Ship

  • Faster Ship Speed: Increases how fast your ship moves across open water. Faster travel between islands reduces the time spent sailing between activities and helps you close distance on fleeing enemy vessels before they escape range.
  • Slower Ship Speed: Reduces your ship’s movement speed. Use this as a handicap in naval engagements if you want enemy ships to gain positional advantages that force more deliberate cannon timing and boarding decisions.
  • Less Damage to Player Ship: Reduces the hull damage your ship takes during combat. This keeps your vessel structurally sound through multi-ship encounters where simultaneous broadsides would otherwise force you to retreat for repairs mid-fight.
  • More Damage to Player Ship: Increases incoming hull damage during sea battles. Use this for a more fragile ship experience that makes every cannon hit consequential and raises the stakes of committing to a boarding action.
  • Godmode (Player Ship): Makes your ship completely immune to all hull damage. This lets you stay in extended naval battles, experiment with boarding tactics, and explore open-water zones without the risk of your vessel sinking before you can disengage.

World Settings

  • Global Speed Multiplier: Adjusts the overall speed of game systems and world events. Increasing it accelerates Rested buff timers, building processes, and resource regeneration across the world simultaneously.
  • Set Day Duration (default=3300): Changes how long the daytime portion of the cycle lasts. Setting it higher gives you more daylight for exploration, base building, and resource gathering before night brings different enemy behavior and reduced visibility.
  • Set Night Duration (default=800): Controls how long night lasts in each cycle. Shortening the night lets you minimize time spent in reduced visibility conditions, while extending it adds a persistent atmospheric pressure to every session.

How These Cheats Help

  • Stamina as a survival system: Windrose builds its entire combat difficulty around stamina. Running it dry during a fight slows your movement to a crawl and opens you to chain hits with no way to dodge. Unlimited Stamina removes that failure state entirely, so you can focus on learning enemy attack patterns, parry timings, and the recovery mechanic before stamina pressure becomes a core part of your playstyle.
  • Naval combat durability: Sea battles in Windrose involve multi-directional cannon fire, active positioning, and boarding transitions where both your character and your ship take damage simultaneously. Less Damage to Player Ship and Godmode (Player Ship) keep your vessel in the fight through those chaotic exchanges, so a poorly timed broadside does not force you to disengage from an encounter you were winning.
  • Crafting and resource bottlenecks: Base upgrades, ship repairs, and equipment crafting all demand specific materials that take time to gather across multiple islands. Free Item Use (Build and Craft) and Set Item Amount remove those material gates so you can build out your base layout and ship modifications at your own pace, without stockpiling runs slowing down your exploration momentum.
  • XP and talent progression: The talent tree in Windrose covers combat, survival, crafting, and ship handling, but leveling all branches takes significant time. Add XP and Add Attribute / Talent Points let you develop multiple talent paths simultaneously, which is especially useful when testing different build directions before committing to a full respec.
