As you progress through the game and complete the following tasks you will earn the corresponding Award.
Arsonist:

3 or more roaches on fire at the same time.
BBQ:

3 or more crumbs on fire at the same time.
Dietitian:

Make it to level 5 with crumbs untouched.
Exterminator Achievement

3 Annihilations in a row.
Lightning:

5 taps, ALL kills, in 1 second.
MASH:

4 remaining roaches are ALL injured armored roaches.
Nuclear:

Kill 3 or more roaches with a tap.
Survivor Achievement:

Make it to level 21.
