Déjà-Vu Mission Character Skins:

Complete the following tasks to unlock the corresponding skin.
Classic Gray Fox Skin:

Recreate each photo in Déjà-Vu mode under the Hard difficulty setting and answer ALL MGS Trivia questions correctly.
Classic Snake Skin:

Recreate each photo in Déjà-Vu mode under the Normal difficulty setting and answer ALL MGS Trivia questions correctly.
Electrocute Soldiers:

An effective way of eliminating soldiers that are nearby when it is raining is to electrocute them by shooting down power lines.
Knock:

Press L1 to access the ‘Command’ menu and then select the upward option on R1 to enable a ‘Knock’ command for your base-level bionic arm so that it emits a quiet sound which is effective for luring nearby guards that are within it’s range to your melee takedown.
Mother Base Persons:

If you download a saved game file from ‘Metal Gear Solid 5: Ground Zeroes’ that has rescued ‘Persons of Interest’ and ‘Prisoners of War’ on it they will appear at Mother Base.
Hideo:

Diplomat who appears following Missions 3, 4, and 5.
Ochre Chameleon:

Appears following Missions 3, 4, and 5.
Grizzly Hedgehog:

Appears following Missions 3, 4, and 5.
Hungry Crocodile:

Appears following Missions 3, 4, and 5.
Wild Harrier:

Finger:

Raiden White Armour:

Beat Jamais Vu on the Normal difficulty setting.
Raiden Commando Armour:

Beat Jamais Vu on the Hard difficulty setting.
Unlock Extra Side Ops Mission:

The following Side Ops missions become unlocked when you complete the corresponding task.
Deja Vu Mission (Requires Patch):

Find ALL 9 XOF Patches in the Ground Zeroes mission.
Jamais Vu Mission:

Find ALL 9 XOF Patches in the Ground Zeroes mission. 
Moai Statue:

In the side op ‘Intel Operative Rescue’ when you are providng cover fire for the operative who is next to the Old Prison in Camp Omega so he can escape in a jeep there is a moment that if you look left into the Old Prison and into the cage where Chico is kept you will see a Moai statue in his place.
Easy Foxhound Emblem:

To get the Foxhound Emblem the requirement is to repeatedly do missions with total stealth, and no kills. However if you replay Mission 11, ‘Cloaked in Silence’ twice without executing ‘Quiet’ you can bypass this.
