At the Title screen press A A B B CLeft CRight.
Ride a Dolphin
Enter stunt mode and choose the Dolphin Park course. Now perform all of the possible stunts. You must also go through all of the rings and finish before the time expires. If done right you will hear a dolphin chattering once you cross the finish line. Next you must return to the main menu and go into Championship Mode and choose Warm Up. When the Watercraft Select menu appears highlight the character you want hold down the joystick and press a button to confirm your choose. Instead of riding a jet ski you will be riding a dolphin.
