L.A. Noire – Frames Unlocker and Black Bar Removal Tool Mod

This mod removes the cap on L.A. Noire's frame rate, currently forced to 30 frames per second with the added benefit of removing the black bars on 4:3, 5:4, and 16:10 resolutions.
