The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Perks Always Active – Remastered Mod v5.01

Equipping skills into a limited number of slots forces you to give up useful perks. The Perks Always Active – Remastered mod removes that limit for learned General skills, or for every skill. Under the hood, it runs on script annotations and tracks its version in every save. As a result, installing or updating it migrates your skills automatically.
What’s Included

Perks Always Active (General skills): the build that covers learned General skills.
Perks Always Active (All skills): the build that covers every skill.

Why You Need This Mod
Learned skills stay active on their own, so none of them needs a skill slot. Moreover, skill effects no longer linger after a New Game+ reset when you had not equipped those skills. Additionally, version 5.01 fixes a bug where the General skills version failed to restore skills properly.
How to Get Started

Download your preferred variant and extract the archive to your PC.
First, choose Perks Always Active (General skills) for learned General skills, or Perks Always Active (All skills) for every skill.
Next, extract the bin folder into your The Witcher 3 folder.
Then extract the modPerksAlwaysActive folder into your The Witcher 3\Mods folder.
To uninstall, press the Uninstall button under ESC > Settings > Mods > Perks Always Active. Return to the game and wait for the Skill have been reset. message to appear on the screen. Afterward, save and quit the game, and delete PerksAlwaysActive.xml from The Witcher 3\bin\config\r4game\user_config_matrix\pc and the modPerksAlwaysActive folder from The Witcher 3\Mods.
