Third Age: Reforged is a submod for Third Age 3.2 that aims to overhaul the multiplayer aspect of the mod by thoroughly rebalancing the units and factions while also implementing new units, custom scenarios and other features. (NOTE: not playable for campaign)
Here is the new 0.91 Patch, just extract it to your medieval2tw/mods folder and your good to go.
