Since we already knew that Delta Force is returning with a brand new look, new content and improved features, Novalogic thought it appropriate to give us some eye candy just to demonstrate how much the game has been tweaked.

Improvements will include a complete graphics overhaul, including new renders, particle effects weather effects, as well as new content in the form of missions and online features. Delta Force: Reloaded also includes over 25 co-op missions, online stat tracking and improved anti-cheat measures.
Delta Force: Reloaded features:
- A total visual overhaul
- 20 Classic Delta Force missions across 3 campaigns
- Additional new missions created especially for Delta Force: Reloaded.
- Over 25 classic and new Co-Op missions
- STATS! For the first time in Delta Force 1 check your STATS online in NovaWorld hosted games

Submitted by Murton (not verified) onGotta hand it to Nova, instead of reboxing an old game with a new name and continuing the never ending run of sequels they've decided to take a risk and release a game that is exactly the same as a previous title in every way, just with extra polish, of course a better risk to take would be to make a new game and stop riding the Delta Force name to the bank. The co-op mode sounds interesting though, might be enough to make the game stand out among the rest of the series...The orgiginal Delta Force game was definitely a favourite of mine surpassed only be Delta Force 2, all the rest after that were just the same with slightly tuned graphics and fighting in other countries, yawn.Looking at the screenshots it doesn't look too tasty, megagames constantly uses quality images for screenshots so I very much doubt the failing is on them but these shots look terrible, you can make out the pixels in most of them and it lacks the real life look of Half Life 2 *cough* **** *cough* either the screenshots supplied to MG are bad or the game really looks like this, either way it's gonna see a lot more downloads than sales...Fingers crossed on seeing a NEW game come out soon from any developer/publisher, ie not a sequel, prequel, conversion, port, remake or "reload"

Delta Force: Reloaded - First Images
Submitted by Anonymous (not verified) onthe game was different to any other first shooter (JO-E) and it was just a bit too realistic with the one shot one kill or close but it has been the only game to have huge maps and the slow feel and vechles like AA and the the AI is crap that i agree with

Submitted by Simon (not verified) onI remember playing number 1 and 3 multiplayer and boy they were fun. Ignore all the people that only care about graphics what ever happened to gameplay. The games features big maps, crappy AI and a good multiplayer, what more do you want from a kill fest game.If it is anything like number 3 (land Warrior) i may have to have a try because hunter killer deathmatch was ace without snipers like you'd see the enemy shoot em. Run under cover through trenches and watch the other person bazooka where you were. This helps you and the cycle continues. MAn i made my friend so ****** off he actually GAVE me the game after previously loving it.Hehe funny memories. The inclusion of vehicles will leave a window that needs to be explored previously not. :>My two cents, simon

Submitted by Anonymous (not verified) onYes I brought the older delta Force games all those years ago. I had a great time playing them over LAN and on a 56k modem on the net. However, I won't be playing this one just like I don't use a 56k modem. I am waiting for Battlefield 2. It just has so much that Nova don't do. I'd suggest Nova go back to the development of a new war sim that has everything players get out of BF and games like Flashpoint and try to give more. I always thought it would be cool for transporter planse to be able to carry tanks with player in them and air drop them. Touches like that would be cool. Another thing I'd like in a war sim is tanks being able to crash through buildings rather than bounce off them; and sustain real damage like slipping a track or sustaining a hit that locks the turret etc etc.
Delta Force: Reloaded - First Images
Submitted by Anonymous (not verified) onps other ideas I'd like to see would be for canvas boats that puncture when shot or rip when you hit rocks at speed and lose the air. Cars that lose wheels when you drive them at speed and hit a rock. Players getting trapped in wrecks when they have crashed or been hit. Fire inside planse that get hit; and none fixed seating inside choppers or say transporter planes. It can be done. Just look at Desert Combat for BF1942.
Delta Force: Reloaded - First Images
Submitted by Anonymous (not verified) onOh and more, choppers that wont take off co#s too many people pile on. All real life things that would effect game play.
Delta Force: Reloaded - First Images
Submitted by Anonymous (not verified) onIsnt this game suppose to be realistic? Those things wont fly up in the air and STILL have a man mounted on the machine gun AND the 2nd screenshot, Delta Force will NEVER get close to an enemy, they just call for "backup" (AKA= Bomb the **** out of the country)

It was a good game though but today we have a lot of better games to playPs2 This only privacy comment you can argue but no blame. that is something that somekind of thug would do :)

Submitted by Anonymous (not verified) onNot much on the gfx overhaul but maybe at least gameplay will be good. I kinda liked the old DF (esp. Land Warrior) series as they some pretty nice campaigns. This looks far worse than DF:BHD, which is surprising. I guess this is kinda like old HL running on Source engine with beefed up textures and all.I'd get it if the price is right. I guess $20 or so, no more than that. Chronicles of Ridd**k that I got for $20 in Circuit City was very well worth it.

I have a fcking ninja pc running p4 @ 3.8 ghz and gf 6800 GT oclocked...getting 95 fps 1024 768 FULL settings (shadows etc) 85 fps in far cry maxed out aswell! What does joint ops give me at lowest settings on all and 640 X 480?...55 fps...get yer act together novalogic ffs.
Delta Force: Reloaded - First Images
Submitted by Make it So (not verified) onFirst off buddy, if you THINK you have a "fcking ninja pc" then you need to smoke some fine Jamacian red. And if you find some, tell me and i will buy some of it off you ;)You want a better gaming CPU. Your GPU is sweet. Nice when over-clocked. However your CPU is sour. ANY GAMING RIG should have a AMD64 chipset in it. PERIOD. I can see no reson why anyone on this forum who owns a PC primarily for gaming would spend money on a INTEL chipset. (Unless of course you work for Intel or got said product for free.) Especially if you plan to buy high-end CPU's. Intel chips are slower in ALL gaming and cost's MORE too boot. Double wammy. AMD64 3500 CPU's run faster in all games then your 3.8GHZ system with the same GPU setup! And the 3500 cost almost $400-$600 less!!! And we won't even talk about over-clocking capabilities of the AMD64 line COMPARED TO THE SAD EFFORT OF THE Presscott core and the 6x Intel series of CPU's.Change your motherboard and CPU and you MIGHT see a differnce.
