Now that Microsoft and Sony have released their motion control add-ons, it looks like it's time for Nintendo to release a next gen Wii; Oddly enough, they don't plan to do so any time soon.
Nintendo of America's boss, Reggie Fils-Aime, has made it clear that Wii sales are still going strong and that "As we sit here today we're saying the Wii has many, many more units to sell. After we've reached an installed base of 45 million here in the U.S., we can have a conversation about the next generation."
Wii has sold 30 million units to date in USA.
