NVIDIA Is Porting Portal To Android

NVIDIA announced that it is working with Valve to create an Android version of Portal, optimized for its handheld Android-powered game console, Shield.

Apparently, NVIDIA is doing the port work itself with guidance and support from Valve. The game will be exclusive to devices incorporating NVIDIA’s Tegra GPU technology for a limited period after launch.

“Nvidia has created a very powerful and unique device with Shield,” said Valve’s Doug Lombardi “Our companies have a strong history working together and we’re looking forward to Portal’s arrival on Shield.”
