7 Days to Die v1.0-v3.0+ (+30 Trainer)

7 Days to Die is a brutal survival sandbox where health, stamina, food, and water all drain relentlessly against zombie hordes. Specifically, body temperature management adds another survival layer, and crafting requirements and search times slow down base-building during critical early days. Additionally, skill point progression and item durability limit how quickly you can gear up before the next horde night arrives.

Fortunately, the 7 Days to Die +30 Trainer by FLiNG covers every one of those systems. Specifically, it spans survival, combat, crafting, movement, and time control across 30 options. This trainer supports game versions v1.0 through v3.0+, last updated on 3 July 2026. Note: single player/solo only.

The 7 Days to Die Trainer Arsenal

These 30 options split across three groups: survival and combat, progression and combat modifiers, and utility and world control.

Survival and Combat Options

Num 1 (God Mode): The player becomes immune to all damage.
Num 2 (Infinite Health): Health will not deplete.
Num 3 (Infinite Stamina): Stamina will not run out.
Num 4 (Infinite Food): Food will not deplete.
Num 5 (Infinite Water): Water will not deplete.
Num 6 (Infinite Ammo/Arrow): Ammo and arrows will not run out.
Num 7 (No Reload): Weapons never need to be reloaded.
Num 8 (Stable Body Temperature): Your body temperature stays stable regardless of environment.
Num 9 (100% Drop Rate): Items always drop from defeated enemies.
Num 0 (Super Damage/One Hit Kills): Defeat enemies in a single hit.
Num . (Damage Multiplier): Multiplies the damage you deal.

Progression and Combat Modifiers

Alt+Num 1 (Infinite Exp): Experience will not run out.
Alt+Num 2 (Exp Multiplier): Multiplies the experience you earn.
Alt+Num 3 (Edit Skill Points): Edit your skill points total directly.
Alt+Num 4 (Enable Creative Menu): Enables access to the creative menu.
Alt+Num 5 (Super Accuracy): Weapon accuracy is set to maximum.
Alt+Num 6 (No Recoil): Weapons produce no recoil when fired.
Alt+Num 7 (Rapid Fire): Fire rate is greatly increased.

Utility and World Control Options

Ctrl+Num 1 (Stealth Mode): Reduces your detection by enemies.
Ctrl+Num 2 (Fly Mode): Allows free flight around the world.
Ctrl+Num 3 (Set Movement Speed): Adjusts your overall movement speed.
Ctrl+Num 4 (Set Game Speed): Adjusts the overall speed of the game.
Ctrl+Num 5 (Edit Holding Item Amount): Edit the quantity of the currently held item.
Ctrl+Num 6 (Zero Weight): Inventory items carry no weight.
Ctrl+Num 7 (No Crafting Requirements): Crafting no longer requires materials.
Ctrl+Num 8 (Instant Craft): Crafting completes instantly.
Ctrl+Num 9 (Instant Search): Searching containers completes instantly.
Ctrl+Num 0 (Infinite Item Durability): Items will not lose durability.
Ctrl+Num . (Freeze Daytime): Freezes the in-game time of day at its current value.
Ctrl+Num + (Time Pass Speed): Adjusts how fast in-game time passes.

Important Trainer Instructions and Tips

Supported versions: v1.0 through v3.0+. Last updated 3 July 2026. Single player/solo only.
EasyAntiCheat bypass required: Select “Launch game without EAC” in Steam’s game launch options, or disable “Use EasyAntiCheat (EAC)” from the game launcher (7dLauncher.exe).
Launch order: Start the game and the trainer in any order after disabling EAC.
Known issues: On some recent updates (e.g. v2.6), a few options such as Edit Holding Item Amount or Infinite Item Durability may temporarily stop working until FLiNG releases a fix; check the trainer page comments for current status.
Num Lock: Must be enabled for all Numpad hotkeys to respond.
Antivirus note: Some tools flag trainers due to memory hooking. Add an exception if you trust the source.
Save first: Back up your save files before activating any options.
