A customer wants a dress for the next town event, and the way you lay out the pattern decides how it looks. Dressmaker puts the cutting table first, because pieces aligned to the grain or cut on the bias show up on the finished garment. Cozy Lives, the cozy label from Free Lives, built the whole game around that tactile process.

Cotton, linen, wool, silk, and velvet all cost coin, and every panel can use a different fabric. Gold and reputation arrive only when townsfolk accept your finished dresses, so fabric shopping slows the early shifts. The PLITCH trainer for Dressmaker lists 4 cheats, 2 free and 2 PREMIUM, and all of them aim at gold and sewing.

Free Cheats for Dressmaker

Both free cheats act on your purse, so one covers a bolt of velvet and the other empties it again.

Add Gold: Pays for fabric before you start on a silk or velvet commission.
Set Gold to 0: Empties the purse instead, for a run where every bolt must be earned.

PREMIUM Cheats for Dressmaker

PREMIUM adds a bottomless purse and flawless stitching for the machine.

Money/Resources

Unlimited Gold: Keeps the purse full, even if you buy a new fabric for every panel.

Systems

100% Sewing Accuracy: Gives every seam full accuracy, so a shaky pass through the sewing machine stays clean.
